To be frank, delivery baffles our brain, so we’ve tried to keep it as simple as we possibly can. All orders over £25 qualify for FREE delivery (mainland UK). Under £25 we have a two-tier system (see below). All delivery charges are per order, not per item, so you will only be charged the delivery cost of the largest item in your basket. We currently only show delivery rates for mainland UK – please contact us if you require delivery further afield and we can calculate a shipping cost.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a rural business and as such, we group our deliveries. Parcels are typically sent on a Monday and a Friday. If you are in a bit of a rush to have something, it is always worth emailing us first to see if we can hurry things along for you!
If your item is a gift, we can deliver it direct to the recipient. Simply enter the required address in the ‘Delivery Address’ field during the checkout. We don’t gift wrap, as such, but we always package our items attractively and never include pricing information in our parcels, so they won’t be able to see what you’ve spent. If you want us to include a gift message, please enter the details in the comments box at the checkout.
This delivery charge applies to some of the very small, or very thin, items on our site, and is only available to mainland UK. If an item falls in to this delivery category, it will be clearly indicated in the product description.

Some of our items are just too big or too fragile to post. These items are available on a collection only basis from our base in Pembrokeshire. Please select the ‘Local Collection’ option in the checkout and we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to collect. We are happy to work with you if you want to organise your own courier to pick up an item for you. Please get in touch if this is of interest.
Many of our items are in original, vintage condition. We aim to describe the condition of our items in as much detail as possible and be transparent about any flaws or marks, but if you are at all unsure, please do get in touch with us and we will clarify any uncertainties for you. We don’t bite.
We accept returns at our discretion, and you will be required to pay for return delivery and a 10% re-stocking fee if we agree to your request to return, so please read the item descriptions carefully and take note of any measurements given for an item. We will only consider returns if we are contacted within 14 days of delivery.
It is up to you to ensure a large item will fit in the space intended and through any doorways. If you are at all unsure, get in touch with us and we will give you as much information as possible to help with your decision.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48hrs.
Your right to cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order up to seven days after the day you receive the items. Orders must be cancelled in their entirety and we must be notified by in writing of your intention to send back the order – either by email or post. Any cost of return will be your responsibility and the items must be received by us in unused and unaltered condition.
